Document everything
Keep the police report, the other driver's insurance details and photos. Bring them with you.

What your first visit looks like
Paperwork
Our receptionist gives you health history and accident forms so the provider knows what happened before you sit down.
Consultation with a licensed medical director
We review the collision, your symptoms, past and present health issues, and your recovery goals.
Examination with a licensed chiropractor
Blood pressure, pulse and reflexes, plus orthopedic and neurological testing for range of motion, muscle tone and neurological integrity.
X-rays, if needed
Imaging is done on site and only when it is genuinely needed to diagnose and treat your condition.
Report of findings
History, examination and imaging are combined into one diagnosis and treatment plan, including whether another specialist should be involved.
Treatment
Most patients begin treatment on the first visit. Recovery is measured, not guessed. We adjust the plan as your range of motion returns.
No health insurance? You can still be treated today.
If you were hurt in a collision, the at-fault party's auto insurance is responsible for your medical bills. We can also treat on a lien, meaning your care is paid out of your settlement, not out of your pocket while you recover. Our team handles the paperwork the insurance carriers require.
Med-pay benefits
Many auto policies include medical payments coverage that pays for treatment regardless of fault. We can check your policy and bill it directly.
Third-party liability
When another driver is at fault, their carrier is responsible for your medical bills. We prepare the documentation carriers require.
Treatment on a lien
If your case is with an attorney, we can treat on a lien. You pay through the settlement rather than out of pocket during recovery.
